The Harvard Division of Continuing Education (DCE) Equity Fellows Program is a leadership and skill-building opportunity for currently enrolled Extension School students with a demonstrated interest in equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging (EDIB).

Each year, we welcome all degree candidates to apply to this program, particularly those who have completed or are currently enrolled in the EDIB Leadership Graduate Certificate.

The programs and initiatives hosted by these students will be open to all degree candidates to attend.

If you are interested in being a future DCE Equity Fellow, please note that the application becomes available in March each year, and you must have taken at least one course toward the EDIB Leadership Certificate.

The goals of the program are to:

  • Strengthen leadership and engagement skills for those interested in equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging (EDIB) work;
  • Strengthen community among our degree candidate population;
  • Support our students in representing and celebrating the diverse Harvard Extension School community.
