DCE Equity Fellows Present: Becoming an Antiracist Leader – Strategies & Steps for a More Inclusive Workplace

Becoming an antiracist leader requires a commitment to deep reflection, ongoing learning, and action. During this session, current and aspiring leaders will learn what it means to be an antiracist; to identify their strengths and growth areas; and how to foster a culture of inclusive leadership within their team and throughout their organization. Attendees will leave with new concepts, tools, and resources to grow on their inclusive leadership journey.
